If I unify the display output, I'm then able to extend to the right. If I change the order of the displays, or revert to using only the laptop screen I end up getting a crash. I was able to start using Wayland since finding I was missing the package libnvidia-egl-wayland1, and in Wayland this crash and issue isn't present.
