SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Splash Screen => Get new...
3. Loading Data 
4. Close the window (Exit)
5. Re-open System Settings

OBSERVED RESULT
It does not open normally

EXPECTED RESULT
It should open as any application

BTW, the way to access my system settings is rebooting my computer or using: sudo systemsettings
