In the proces to add bookmarks to a PDF (any file?) I believe it would be an improvement if:
1) double clicking on a generated bookmark would enable the renaming action 
2) the book mark should become visible instantly in the book mark list - not by refreshing or clicking the "Show all documents" checkmark
3) It would be nice that the selected text/phrases becomes the bookmark (with or without page number)
(Now I have to copy/paste this text each an every time)
