It would be nice if the overview effect had a toggle (shortcut) for showing windows from all desktops since it would allow a very simple way of moving arbitrary windows around to different desktops without having to use the desktop grid. At the moment, one has to move to the desktop the window is on to move it to another desktop, using the overview effect.
