Possible duplicate of bug 481481, does the system sleep when viewing a fullscreen slideshow? From what I've been seeing, it seems Gwenview's screensaver inhibit behavior is inverted.
Unable to reproduce now as of 24.02.2 - marking as duplicate of bug 481481 which was fixed in 24.02.2. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 481481 ***

Sorry to hear that, my apologies for not being very clear in my last message. I was able to reproduce the issue until the new version released with the bugfix for the issue I eventually marked this as a duplicate of. Since it had been a week since my first comment, and two weeks since the most recent comment before that, and my own inexperience doing bug triage, where someone with more experience probably would have been marked as a duplicate before the other bug was patched. I marked it as a duplicate once I couldn't reproduce it after the probable duplicate bug was fixed and I could no longer reproduce this. If you are still having the issue, please don't hesitate to reopen this issue. I hope you can give gwenview another chance. And if anything, blame me, a newbie volunteer, not the project as a whole.
