SUMMARY
gwenview fails to open when attempting to run via command line, or attempting to open an image via double click or context menu. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  run "gwenview" via command line
2. 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
"gwenview: error while loading shared libraries: libkImageAnnotator-Qt6.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"


EXPECTED RESULT
Application opens.

This is a packaging issue, please report it to your distribution

Please paste output of 
apt-cache policy libkimageannotator-qt6-0

and of
ls -l /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libkImageAnnotator-Qt6.so*

and of
apt-cache policy gwenview

After seeing the "this is a package issue" post, I uninstalled/reinstalled, and it's now working.
