Description Martin Tlustos 2024-03-25 05:39:23 UTC
SUMMARY
I tried to turn of "prefer html" for message viewing and only turn it on for trusted contacts. It doesn't work. It will hop back and forth from displaying messages in html or not.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set kmail to prefer plain text over html in settings
2. click on a received email, right-click on the contact in the header and either create or edit the contact to prefer html (and/or load external links to your liking), close.
3. Click on another email, than on the email you chose first (to reload it).
4. Click on another email from the same contact
5. Close kontact/kmail and akonadi completely, re-open and click on the same message (or another from the same contact)

OBSERVED RESULT
It should follow my preferences from that specific contact

EXPECTED RESULT
Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't
