SUMMARY
VLC (Qt5) window resizing not working sometimes. This is only observed in Qt5 apps like VLC, in KDE 6. Qt6 apps seem fine. VLC also works fine in other desktop/wm, like IceWM.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open VLC (Qt5)
2. Resize the window quickly (as shown in the attached video)

OBSERVED RESULT
At some point, VLC window stop following your mouse cursor and stop resizing

EXPECTED RESULT
VLC window should always follow mouse cursor and resize as you control it
