A comparison between 100% and 50% pdf size and the resulting text size

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a pdf with fillable forms
2. type something in one of the boxes, click out of the box and view the size of the
3. change the size of the pdf and view the size of the text

OBSERVED RESULT
Size of the text gets bigger when you make the PDF smaller, and reverse. 


EXPECTED RESULT
When you make the PDF smaller, the size of the text should get smaller to match the PDF.
