Created attachment 167618 [details] chrome task buttons from the same chrome process not grouped. SUMMARY When restoring a chrome session (opening dozens of windows), often some varying amount of windows have their task buttons colored orange and are not grouped. Toggling grouping on/off does fix it--you have to click on each one, one by one, to get them to be added to the group. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. open multiple windows in chrome 2. exit chrome 3. restart chrome and 'restore' last session OBSERVED RESULT The first task button on the left in the screen shot is a grouped button with all the non-orange window task entries. The first entry in the group is also marked orange--it did manage to be grouped with the rest. But the rest of the chrome window task buttons that are colored orange are not grouped. EXPECTED RESULT All of the chrome window task buttons should be grouped, whether marked orange or not. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: macOS: Linux/KDE Plasma: gentoo KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.10 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.115.0 Qt Version: 5.15.12 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
typo: Toggling grouping on/off does /not/ fix it--you have to click on each one...

I do not control the gentoo kde team--I'm still waiting for them to release plasma 6 to test as requested. I don't know if that will happen within the next 30 days.
