SUMMARY
***
The animation shown then dragging a window by it's title bar, to move from full size to a smaller size, starts with a unusual bigger size, it is visible in both monitors for the first 2 frames, and them resizes to the correct size as the animation continues.
***

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have two monitors, same scale 100%, same resolution 1080p
2. Make any window full size by double click on the title bar
3. Put the cursor on the title bar
4. Drag the window downwards

OBSERVED RESULT
The resize animation looks off

EXPECTED RESULT
The window size should only decrease during the animation
