Whenever I try to mix 2 clips to spawn short transition between them, kdenlive refuses to do it. It shows message "select a clip to apply the mix". It was working fine before update.

I did some more tests, and it looks like, mixing only works on audio clips now.

I have updated the mix to only affect active tracks. From your screenshot, it looks like your V1 track is not active. Can you try enabling it (Click on the "V1" tag) in the track header. Let me know if it fixes the problem

aah, yes, that did the trick.
