If one creates a project under Windows, with all files and project file on removable media, when plugging that media to Linux and open the project, Kdenlive failed to fix the relocated paths.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a project under removable media with Windows
2. Plug that media to Linux and open the project
3. Resource relocation cannot be fixed

OBSERVED RESULT
Paths being changed into something like: /<removable_disk_path/<disk_letter>:\<original_path>

EXPECTED RESULT
Path being correctly fixed.
