Windows does this, default panel, all screens get the same.

It works, it is not great, but it works.

Having this as default option would be helpful, the current workflow is painful.
- enter edit mode (ON SPECIFIC DISPLAY, as panels cannot be moved anymore on Plasma 6)
- create new "default panel"
- add all the customizations used on the main panel (spacers, applets, etc)

Currently nothing is synced, not the set app launcher icon, selected "alternatives" to widgets, displayed systray icons
