SUMMARY
When using the mouse wheel to change the value of time, the value changes from minutes to seconds, or from seconds to minutes and becomes confusing


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter en power settings
2. Use mouse wheel to change value of time for suspend 
3. (Attached video for more details)

OBSERVED RESULT
- the value changes from minutes to seconds, or from seconds to minutes

EXPECTED RESULT
- If the value is greater than 59 seconds, convert to minutes and vice versa.
