I've recently switched back from Wayland to X11 and I've noticed something weird with Dolphin. When you minimize a window it will hide the places panel. This doesn't happen if you close out the window.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Switch the session to X11 and restart
2. Open Dolphin and show the places panel
3. Minimize Dolphin

OBSERVED RESULT
Places panel has been hidden

EXPECTED RESULT
Places panel should remain visible unless the user hides it
