SUMMARY
Cannot download new effects/transitions from the Download new effects window.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to effects
2. Click on Download new effects
3. Click Download on any effect

OBSERVED RESULT
Just a simple message but no effect to download

EXPECTED RESULT
Just a simple message but with downloadable effects
