SUMMARY
If the authentication of your Google account is not managed by Google, but is going to an external IdP, your account will be disconnected as soon as you restart akonadi or after 24h.

The only way for me, that applications are able to connect, is setting up 2-Step-Verfication and use App Passwords:

https://myaccount.google.com/ -> Security -> 2-Step-Verification -> App Passwords

Is it possible to use username & app password somehow or could it be implemented?
