STEPS TO REPRODUCE
   1. Go to System Settings > Window Manager > Desktop Effects
   2. Click the Load new effects button
   2. Copy the effect from Plasma 5 and place it in the /home/user/.local/share/kwin/effects/ folder
   3. Load the same effect and get an error

OBSERVED RESULT
   When updating, I still had the old effects from Plasma 5, they did not appear, but ultimately, if I install the same effect that is already in this folder, I will get an error that the installation cannot continue because this file already exists in this folder.

EXPECTED RESULT
   The folder with this effect should be overwritten if I decide to install it on a new Plasma, or there should be a new folder for Plasma 6 effects.
