SUMMARY When starting a new session, all panels appear on the same desktop (not the primary one for me), on top of each other. ( https://imgur.com/a/76CMevM ) Manage Panels and Desktops window is convinced they are where they belong ( https://imgur.com/a/pl6B284 ) Using the Hamburger Menu to move the misplaced panel to where it allegedly isn't and back fixes it for that desktop session only. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Start desktop session 2. Look at the panels OBSERVED RESULT Panels are misplaced and stacked on top of each other, the system is however convinced they are placed correctly. EXPECTED RESULT Panels should appear on the desktops they have been set to. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Nobara 39 KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.2 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.0.0 Qt Version: 6.6.2
Is this on wayland or X11? Does this also happen for a newly created user?
