Images categorized as bigtiff have no preview, no thumbnail is created.
tiff and png files with 16 bit color depth are concerned.

Today I also tested on BigLinux Unstable, Manjaro Testing and KDE Neon Stable, none of them have thumbnails of image files that are not 8 bit

Error with Png 16 bit, Avif 10 and 12 bit, webp in general is not generating thumbnail either.

The error is not limited to dolphin, it is also not working on the plasma wallpaper selection screen, my wallpapers are in tiff 10bit, only a blank screen appears, if you click it changes the wallpaper on the plasma and it works normally, just the selection screen which should use the same thumbnail system as dolphin, I suspect the problem is with the kio extras.
