Created attachment 167370 [details] Laptop screen only
SUMMARY For my usual setup, I have the laptop docked with 3 screens. My panel is normally located on one of the external screens. However, when I un-dock, I am surprised that the panel does not move to the only remaining available screen, on the laptop. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Clean installation of plasma (in my case, KDE Neon 6.0) 2. Set the panel location on an external monitor (only available when docked) 3. Un-dock the laptop OBSERVED RESULT Panel cannot be interacted with. Ex: Super key does not launch anything. No panel to see. EXPECTED RESULT Panel should move its location to reside on the only remaining screen, the laptop screen, when un-docked. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Neon 6.0 KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.0 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.0.0 Qt Version: 6.6.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pans aren't bound to screens, but rather desktops. If make the middle screen primary in the System Settings Display & Monitor page and then move the panel to that screen (if it got moved elsewhere), then un-docking should do what you want.
