Created attachment 167362 [details] internal vs external screenshot SUMMARY Ever since updating my system to plasma 6 (and I has an update recently before), screenshots on my external screen is blurry. I can see my sharp picture, and then when I press "prntsc" it gets blurry, and that is what spectacle take a screenshot of. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Connect laptop to an external screen 2. Press prntsc 3. Select any square from what is shown on the external screen OBSERVED RESULT The below picture. Blurry EXPECTED RESULT The above picture. Sharp SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Arch linux Plasma 6.0.1
Same here, Plasma 6.0.1 In my case the internal/laptop display is scaled (125%), while the external monitor is not, and the issue affects only windows on the UNSCALED/external display, while those screenshotted on the scaled/internal display are ok. I have added a screenshot VS photo comparison to show that what spectacle captures does not reflect reality of what I see on the screen (which is very crisp as shown by the attached macro shot).
