SUMMARY

If your dolphin panels are shown (no matter which ones and how many of them) even when locked, after minimizing dolphin and then maximizing it, all panels disappear - they hide and one should manually choose to show them again.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open dolphin and if your panels are hidden, just show one of them - folders for example
2. Lock panels (or even if you leave it unlocked the result is the same)
3. Minimize dolphin
4. Maximize dolphin

OBSERVED RESULT
All panels are hidden

EXPECTED RESULT
The panels that are shown to stay shown
