Pushing the meta button twice (opening & closing the menu) bugs out the little bar that comes up when you do that, the bar normally goes away if you use mouse to do so but when you press meta twice it stays there in a bugged state.

You're on X11, right? If so this is fixed in Plasma 6.0.4.
