Created attachment 167318 [details] screen position SUMMARY This is a bug that happen when LG C9 is connected and enabled. The most left screen isn't at position 0,0. I can start it without problems if LG C9 is disconnected fiscally and connected after plasma session starts. Sometimes wayland starts but with screens overlapping one another. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. connect 3 screens 2. put the most left one below 0,0 3. restart 4. try to login at wayland (Xorg works) OBSERVED RESULT PC crashes and freezes at black screen of death EXPECTED RESULT Login and actually remember screen's positions. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: 6.7.9-arch1-1 (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.2 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.0.0 Qt Version: 6.6.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AMD Ryzen 5 5600x 32gb Ram nVidia RTX 3070 gigabyte b450 aorus pro nvidia driver: nvidia-dkms 550.54.14-5 SCREEN CONFIG LG C9 at 4k 120Hz and VRR (HDMI 2.1) (VRR does not engage in multi monitor) LG d2343 FHD 60Hz (passive DP > DVI) LG WFHD 29WL500 (active DP > HDMI)

I didn't had gdb running at the time and this seems the only plasmashell backtrack available (backtrack.txt). I also unable to replicate the problem on kernel 6.10.1, Plasma 6.1.3 and nvidia-open-dkms 555.58.02-9.
The crash you posted looks unrelated as it's the result of a mouse click. Since you can't reproduce it there's a good chance whatever was wrong got fixed.
