SUMMARY KDE won't show screen locker if you unlock your session and, in less than a second, and lock it again STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Lock your session/screen with Win+L 2. Wait for screen locker to show up and type in your password and press enter 3. Almost instantly after pressing enter, press Win+L to lock your screen again OBSERVED RESULT The screen locker won't show up and you will be presented a black screen. EXPECTED RESULT The screen locker should show up again and everything would be fine and happy. Indeed, same. This was very likely fixed by https://invent.kde.org/plasma/kwin/-/merge_requests/6881, which is in Plasma 6.2.5 and 6.3.0.
