SUMMARY
When using the folder view widget in a panel, the popup cannot be resized, even though a resize cursor is offered when hovering the cursor over the edges of the popup.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add "Folder View" widget to the panel.
2. Click the icon to open the widget and attempt to resize any of its boundaries.

OBSERVED RESULT
The widget cannot be resized.

EXPECTED RESULT
Either A: The widget should be resizable.
Or B: The resize cursor should not be shown.

Linux: KDE neon 6.0 User Edition

I'm able to reproduce this issue as well.

Operating System: Arch Linux 
KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.0.0
Qt Version: 6.6.2
Kernel Version: 6.7.9-arch1-1 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland (also reproducible on X11)

desktoppackage: Remove upper limit for a FolderView popup

This limit does not achieve anything except frustrating users, it seems.
