SUMMARY First of all i am quite sure this is the false product and component for the bug review, please move it when you know the right location for this bug!!!! DESCRIPTION The bug is that most of the time when i switch from a windowed window to fullscreen. (like in remmina when i connect to a remote desktop). The panel is on top of the fullscreen window which is very annoying. It is possible to temporarily get it away when you enter edit mode and then exit it again. Then the panel disappears behind the fullscreen window. Kinda similar issue happens on counter strike2 but i am not sure if they are connected, because the cs2 issue also was on plasma 5.27 but the remmina fullscreen issue wasn't. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open remmina and connect to a computer 2. Then toggle the fullscreen mode in remmina. 3. Then the panel is on top of the remmina fullscreen window. 4. To get the panel to go away you need to enter the panel edit mode and exit it. OBSERVED RESULT Panel is on top of the fullscreen window. EXPECTED RESULT Panel should be below fullscreen window. Thanks for the bug report! I'm sorry we weren't able to get to this yet. It looks like this is fixed in Plasma 6.1.3. I am unable to reproduce this bug on that version, or on git-master (all on Wayland) I tested with the panel set to either Always Show or Auto Hide. I used VLC, Youtube, and Remmina in full screen mode. I changed them between full screen and window mode quite a few times on both test systems. This bug should be fixed on your system when EndeavourOS updates Plasma to 6.1.3. If the bug is still present on your system after the update, please feel free to reopen this bug report.
