Depiction of the problem.

SUMMARY
My Keyboard Layout indicator icon and configuration text are missing after updating to cpe:/o:opensuse:tumbleweed:20240311 (with cpe:/o:kde:plasma:6.0.1).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Update to cpe:/o:opensuse:tumbleweed:20240311 and cpe:/o:kde:plasma:6.0.1 from its immediate predecessor.

OBSERVED RESULT
My Keyboard Layout indicator icon and configuration text are missing.

EXPECTED RESULT
They should be present.

1. How many keyboard layouts to you have configured?
2. If the answer is "more than 1", does it happen in a new clean user account with no customizations?
2a. If the answer is "only 1" then don't do that :)

I don't know how many I had configured, but probably one. I'd never used another, at least. It occurred in a new user and an old, untouched user, to my knowledge.

Regardless, I've replaced that installation with https://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/test/40_Beta/Spins/x86_64/iso/Fedora-KDE-Live-x86_64-40_Beta-1.10.iso, and can see a "gb", so it's working for me now. Changing bug status consequently.
