SUMMARY

So the panel shows up on the leftmost display when starting KDE Wayland with multiple displays connected (the primary display is set to the rightmost one here)

This issue basically appears 100% of the time (I think the issue didn't appear sometimes but I'm not sure about that)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Have at least 2 displays connected
2. Launch KDE Wayland
3. Set the primary display to the rightmost one
4. Logout/restart to quit out of KDE
5. Relaunch KDE Wayland

OBSERVED RESULT

The panel appears on the leftmost display

EXPECTED RESULT

The panel should appear on the rightmost (primary) display

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.0.0
Qt Version: 6.6.2

The panel doesn't automatically follow the primary display; it follows the desktop that it's currently on. If you want to follow the primary display, manually move it onto that display's desktop
