See https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports *** STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Make a Rectangle capture and make sure the annotation tool is ON. 2. For example, annotate a cercle, a rectangle or Pixelate on the selected screenshot area OBSERVED RESULT See that the spectacle toolbar does not appear anymore and you cannot make other annotations. No possibility to go back. You can CTRL+Z to unmake the annotation but toolbar is still missing. If you right-click, the screen capture disappears but annotations made on it stays on the Desktop Screen. EXPECTED RESULT The toolbar should always be showned on the screen during the capture and annotation process, as it was previoulsy, so you can make multiple annotation on a screenshot DURING capture. Confirming this issue. Just re-installed Plasma 6 + Spectacle on Arch and having the same problem.
Can you reproduce the issue with Spectacle 24.04.2?
