Happens every time. Both when opening normally and via file picker.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin normally or via file picker.

OBSERVED RESULT
An error message saying "Could not enter folder tags:/."

EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin opens normally.

The bug disappeared after a reboot.
