the relevant yakuake settings

The option 'Keep window above other windows' does not work anymore.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set the option according to the attached screenshot
2. focus another window 

OBSERVED RESULT
the new windows go above the Yakuake window

EXPECTED RESULT
Yakuake window stays on top
