SUMMARY
The "Report Bug/Launch Bug Report Wizard"  button in the Help menu seems to do nothing.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open Spectacle
2.  Select Help->Report Bug
3.  Select "Launch Bug Report Wizard" button

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
A "Launch Bug Report Wizard" is launched (through the default browser, hopefully)
