showing the error of neochat not opening back up from systray

Once Neochat is minimized to 'systray' it cannot be brought back onto the screen by normal left clicking the 'neochat systray' icon. or by 'right clicking' the neochat systray icon. 

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS: extra/neochat 24.02.0-1 (kde-applications kde-network) [installed]
