STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Right-click any application from Application Launcher (Kickoff)
2. Click "Uninstall or Manage Add-ons"

OBSERVED RESULT
An error "Error - KIOExec" "Unable to create KIO worker. Unknown protocol 'appstream'" pops up and Discover won't open.

EXPECTED RESULT
App should launch in Discover and prompt you to uninstall
