Dark tray icons on dark plasma style

SUMMARY
If you mix and match light/dark colours with light/dark Plasma style (i.e. Breeze Twilight global theme), then most icons will correctly appear light due to the dark Plasma style, but some will be falsely dark because they get their light/dark info from the light colour scheme.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Activate Breeze Dark global theme
2. System tray icons will all be light and well visible
3. Activate Breeze Twilight global theme

OBSERVED RESULT
System tray icons for Discover, Steam and Gajim will switch to dark icons and are barely visible on the dark background of the dark Plasma style

EXPECTED RESULT
System tray icons for Discover, Steam and Gajim stay light to match the dark Plasma style
