SUMMARY
When the "Shake Cursor" effect is enabled, the enlarged cursor does not look sharp. This is true across display resolutions and scales.

Due to the nature of this bug, I cannot easily get a good screenshot of it. Sorry.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable the "Shake Cursor" effect
2. Shake Cursor :-)
3. Cursor does enlarge, but it is blurry/blocky.

OBSERVED RESULT
Enlarged cursor does not look good when scaled.


EXPECTED RESULT
Enlarged cursor looks crisp, as if the cursor was set to this size, mirroring the macOS effect this feature was inspired by.
