Flatpak Qt apps like Tokodon and Kile use a different cursor. Seems to use a larger Adwaita-themed cursor.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Kile as a Flatpak and open it.

OBSERVED RESULT
The cursor changes to a different theme when hovering over the window.

EXPECTED RESULT
The cursor should stay consistent with the rest of the system.

Can confirm. Able to reproduce this with qBittorrent. Looks like it affect qt5 flatpak applications only. Tested with https://flathub.org/apps/io.github.Arisotura.CoinKiller (QT6 flatpak) Icon works on it.
