Can't launch konsole using a custom shortcut I just setup. Using Meta + Enter.
kdesrc-build session from source

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set Meta+Enter shortcut in System Settings > Shortcuts
2. Try to use it

OBSERVED RESULT
Error (see screenshot)

EXPECTED RESULT
Konsole launches

I've just noticed the error of my ways. So this is likely a kdesrc-build issue as I did the build as my standard user but then created a new user justin-ksb to run the session with so it is completely separate from my main user account. I'll close this as it's not really an error that's fixable as it's cross-user permissions related.
