While on the Library page / tab, scrolling with the mouse wheel does nothing unless the cursor is over the scrollbar - anywhere in the scrollbar or its track above or below the bar itself.

Other pages / tabs like search results and artist pages scroll fine.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. launch AudioTube
2. try to scroll the Library page with the mouse wheel

OBSERVED RESULT
Does not scroll unless the cursor is over the scrollbar.

EXPECTED RESULT
Should scroll as normal, like the other pages do.

I can duplicate this on Neon (Plasma 6.0.2) using the 24.04.0 .deb. If you alternate between scrolling over the library page and over the scrollbar itself the problem is easily duplicated. Marking this as a confirmed bug hoping a dev can take a look.
