SUMMARY
up to kde 5 there was ksysguard which by default automatically started with ctrl+esc, on kde 6 ksysguard has been removed, so the shortcut should now default to system monitor

Plasma Systemmonitor has a default shortcut, Meta+Esc. This was chosen to follow the general pattern of using Meta for system-wide shortcuts
