STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change settings in systemsettings
2. Click another tab to trigger save confirmation dialog

OBSERVED RESULT
See screenshot (This does not always happens. I don't know how to reliably reproduce it yet).

EXPECTED RESULT
Buttons are correct

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: 6.0.1
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.0.0
Qt Version: 6.6.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I guess this may not specific to systemsettings, but for now I only see it in this.
