Demonstration of cursor not entering options menu

Not possible to use drawing tablet to use the window options like show on every desktop, keep above widows etc from right click menu because the cursor controlled by drawing tablet does not go over it

Im not using opentabletdriver and my tablet is detected by the system settings 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect drawing tablet
2. open kde application like dolphin
3. Click on the icon for window options menu
4. Try to bring cursor inside the options box

OBSERVED RESULT
The cursor stops at the edge without entering the box

EXPECTED RESULT
The cursor should enter the box and should be able to click the option
