SUMMARY
The 'Power and Battery' entry in the 'System Tray' widget only shows if the laptop is connected to AC power or not.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable System tray widget.
2. Make "Power and Battery" system tray entry to always shown.

OBSERVED RESULT
The 'Power and Battery' only shows an icon to indicate if the AC is connected or not, and it does not show the battery percentage when you hover the mouse over it, nor the battery level.
When you click it, it shows the batter percentage and patter level

EXPECTED RESULT
It should show the battery level and if you hover the mouse over it, it should show the battery percentage.
