Different colored app icons in system tray

SUMMARY
App icons in the system tray appear to be inheriting colors from global theme "Colors" instead of colors from the "Plasma Style".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select Colors: Breeze
2. Select Plasma Style: Breeze Dark
3. Select Icons: Breeze or Breeze Dark
4. Run an app with a symbolic system tray icon (e.g. "headset-charge-indicator", or "solaar" if you have a Logitech mouse).

OBSERVED RESULT
App icons in the system tray using symbolic icons are dark colored and difficult to see, unlike the other light colored system icons such as Audio and Network. Screenshot attached.

Changing global theme Colors to "Breeze Dark" changes these icons correctly to light colored (make sure to hover over the icons so they update). Evidently these icons appear to be inheriting the text color from the selected global theme colors.

EXPECTED RESULT
App icons in the system tray should inherit colors from the selected "Plasma Style", just like system icons do. They should not inherit colors from global theme "Colors". Or at the very least they should all inherit colors from the same place.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.0.0
Qt Version: 6.6.2
