recording of the process

SUMMARY
See title and attachment. (overlay = white rectangle that's visible while in the process of recording after selecting region)
The resulting Spectacle screencast is of the exact region that was selected without the shift (which is great), but the overlay that shows what region was screencast is wrong and is also visible in the resulting screencast (it shouldn't).
This does not happen when taskbar visibility is set to "hide automatically" instead of "always visible".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
See attachment.

OBSERVED RESULT
See summary.

EXPECTED RESULT
See summary.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.0.0
QT Version: 6.6.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The shifting only happens when taskbar visibility is set to "always visible".
