SUMMARY
Chromium and Libreoffice (maybe other apps) close if Plasmashell crashes or is intentionally closed. This happens whether I launch them from the Panel or from the Menu.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Lauch Chromium or Libreoffice from Panel or Menu
2. Close Plasmashell with systemctl --user restart plasma-plasmashell.service


OBSERVED RESULT
Libreoffice Chromium crashes, while Dolphin and Konsole do not.

EXPECTED RESULT
No application should close.
