SUMMARY
Mousemark and spectacle shortcut merged and created unusual cases.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Enable mouse mark & go to desktop
2. Create a section box by just dragging mouse.
3. Now, Take screenshot using Meta+shift+print for rectangular selection.

OBSERVED RESULT
Mouse mark is automatically created in some cases.

EXPECTED RESULT
Without trigerring mousemark itself. There shoudn't be any mousemark.
only pressing Meta+Shift shound't mark the desktop without dragging the mouse.

Can't reproduce -- if I press Meta+Shift without moving the mouse, mouse marks don't appear. Git source build, wayland.
